The legal stuff. Kept as clear and human-readable as possible.
Effective: March 26, 2026
By purchasing or using any software from Druidic Dev ("I", "me", "my"), operated by Brandon, you ("you", "your", "the user") agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the software — and reach out if you have questions.
When you purchase an app from Druidic Dev, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your own devices. This means:
All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time, but changes won't affect existing purchases. All future updates to purchased software are included at no additional cost.
Bundle purchases include all current and future apps released on druidicdev.cloud for the lifetime of the product line.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, as described in the Refund Policy. I aim to be fair and straightforward about this.
I may release updates to the software at my discretion. These updates are provided free of charge to license holders. I reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features in updates, though I'll always aim to improve the product — not take things away.
Desktop applications run locally on your machine and do not depend on external servers for core functionality. Features that require an internet connection (such as Discord bot integration in Discord Recorder) depend on third-party services that are outside my control.
I do not guarantee 100% uptime for any web-based components, though I'll make every reasonable effort to keep things running smoothly.
Druidic Dev software is designed to run locally. I do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to your data unless you explicitly send it to me (for example, in a bug report). Your data is yours.
The druidicdev.cloud website itself may use basic analytics (such as page views) but does not track personal information.
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do my best to ship reliable, well-tested software, but I can't guarantee it'll be completely free of bugs or work perfectly in every environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Druidic Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the software. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
Discord Recorder is designed to record audio from Discord voice channels with the consent of all participants. By using Discord Recorder, you agree to:
Druidic Dev is not responsible for any misuse of recordings made with this software. Recording without consent may be illegal in your jurisdiction.
I may update these terms from time to time. If I make significant changes, I'll note the new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Questions about these terms? Reach me at contact@druidicdev.cloud or through the contact form.
