The short version: If you're unhappy with a purchase, reach out within 14 days and I'll work with you on a refund. No hoops to jump through.
If you purchase any software from Druidic Dev and it doesn't work as described, or you're simply not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
Send an email or use the contact form on the About page with the following:
I'll process your refund within 5 business days. You'll receive the refund through the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
If something isn't working right, I'd appreciate the chance to fix it first. Many issues can be resolved quickly — a bug fix, a config change, or a quick walkthrough. Reach out and I'll do my best to sort it out. If I can't fix it or it's just not what you need, the refund is yours.
That said, I'm a reasonable person. If you have a unique situation, just reach out and we'll figure it out.
If you purchased the App Bundle and want a refund, you may receive a full refund of the bundle price within the 14-day window. If you'd prefer to keep one app and refund the rest, I can adjust the refund to reflect the individual app price.
